I really love this snack! It’s healthy and tasty!
You’ll need an artichoke, some olive oil, fresh lemon juice and seasalt.
Add all ingredients in a small pan, fill with cold water. The artichoke should be covered with water, so put the lid on the pan and let it boil for 40-45 minutes.

When you have finished with the leaves, you will find the “heart of the artichoke”. Just peel the hay away with a spoon. Then you will find a delicious pulp!
